Our flagship tournament series. Invited teams meet open qualifier teams in a double elimination bracket, playing for the biggest prize pools we run.
An Invitational is where the top of our community meets everyone who thinks they belong there. Here is what that looks like.
Every edition starts with a handful of invited teams — the squads that earned it through our leagues and tournaments. They are the benchmark the rest of the bracket plays to beat.
The remaining slots are open. Anyone can enter a qualifier and play their way into the main bracket, so an Invitational is never a closed shop.
The main event is a double elimination bracket. One bad series will not end your run, and the deeper rounds are played as best-of-three so the better team wins.
Invitationals carry the largest prize pools we run, crowdfunded by the community and topped up by Death Slam Events and our sponsors.

The Death Slam Invitational returns to North America. 4 invited teams + 32 open qualifier spots, $10,000 prize pool. Two-stage Bo1 → Bo3 double elimination across two weekends.
The Death Slam Invitational comes to Europe. 4 invited teams + 4 open qualifier spots in a double elimination bracket. $4,000+ prize pool — 32 team cap, first come first served.
